UR Yarn FAQ

SHIPPING:

All quantities on the website are what we have on hand, so your order should ship out within a calendar week unless otherwise noted on the site. We will never sell yarn that is backordered so no need to worry about waiting for extended delivery times. 

CARE AND STORAGE:

We recommend keeping your yarn in a climate controlled space with low humidity and out of direct sunlight. Hand wash in warm water and lay flat to dry. 

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with a color or ordered more than you need, you can return any yarn up to 7 days from delivery to you. Please ensure that the yarn has not been used or damaged and can be put back into its original packaging. Please note, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to returning the item and may incur a small restocking fee for larger returns.
